Jamie Givens

Jamie Givens is a visual artist working in Todos Santos, Baja California Sur, Mexico. His process includes painting, screen printing, collage and animation.

His use of scale, layering, texture and collage pushes the concept of deconstruction and the passage of time on idyllic landscapes, civilizations and the works of man - inhabited by figures relaxing on the edge of the void. His graphic, vibrant work is heavily influenced by comic and manga-style line work, pop culture, surf/skate and street art.
